These 30 enterprises involved in VOCs violations will be seriously investigated

On September 11, the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Jinzhou City, Shijiazhuang City, found that VOCs Pollution control facilities were missing and VOCs were unorganized. VOCs photo oxygen treatment facilities could not operate normally. Some pollution control facilities were damaged and some volatilized. Sexual organic compounds were discharged directly without treatment; no effective protective measures were taken to store VOCs in violation of regulations, and some VOCs were discharged unorganized. On September 12, the law enforcement inspection conducted by the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Zhao county, Shijiazhuang city found that the components of VOCs photo oxygen treatment facilities in the sewage treatment station of Hebei Huatai Paper Industry Co., Ltd. were damaged, unable to operate normally, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment.

On September 14, the law enforcement inspection conducted by the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang city found that the UV photo oxygen plate of the die drawing machine of Hebei Meihua United Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. was missing, the VOCs Pollution Prevention and control facilities did not operate normally, and the VOCs were discharged directly. On September 19, the law enforcement inspection conducted by the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang city found that the UV photocatalysis facilities of Shijiazhuang industrial water pump Co., Ltd. were partially damaged, the catalytic plate was missing, and could not operate normally, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment. On September 16, Zhangjiakou City, the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, found that the collection pipeline of VOCs Pollution Prevention and control facilities of Anbei Pet Food Co., Ltd. was broken, unable to operate normally, and the exhaust gas was directly discharged. On September 18, the law enforcement inspection conducted by the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City found that the ground pipe belt and the production process of mulch film of Chicheng County Chihe rain irrigation equipment processing plant did not have VOCs Pollution Prevention and control facilities as required, and the VOCs were discharged directly.

On September 14, Chengde City, the Provincial Department of ecological environment found in Shuangqiao District, Chengde that VOCs Pollution control facilities in the paint mixing workshop of Chengde giant Aoxing Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. were missing and VOCs were discharged directly. On September 29, the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Luanping county, Chengde found that the VOCs Pollution control facilities of Meirui thermal insulation materials Co., Ltd. were shut down without authorization and VOCs were discharged directly. On September 15, Qinhuangdao City, the Provincial Department of ecological environment inspected Changli County, Qinhuangdao City and found that VOCs Pollution control facilities of Jianhua plastic products factory in Changli County were shut down without authorization and VOCs were discharged directly. On September 21, Tangshan City, the Provincial Department of ecological environment inspected Yutian County, Tangshan City and found that the components of VOCs photo oxygen treatment facilities of Yutian Huiyuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. were damaged, unable to operate normally, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment. On September 22, the Provincial Department of ecological environment inspected Yutian County, Tangshan City and found that the filter cotton of VOCs photo oxygen treatment facility of Hebei xinchanglong Cable Co., Ltd. failed to be replaced and could not operate normally, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment. On September 18, Langfang City, the Provincial Department of ecological environment inspected in Dacheng County, Langfang city and found that the filter cotton of adsorption desorption catalytic combustion facility of paint spraying process of Kaibo Construction Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. failed to operate normally and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment. On September 22, the law enforcement inspection of the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Gu'an County, Langfang city found that the VOCs photo oxygen low temperature plasma treatment facilities of Beijing xiongchao flame retardant cable Co., Ltd. could not operate normally, the pollution control facilities were partially damaged, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment.

Baoding city in September 23rd, the Provincial Ecological Environment Office in Baoding Dingxing county law enforcement inspection found that Guangyuan foam plastic products Co., Ltd. drying process VOCs pollution control facilities are missing, volatile organic compounds no organization emissions. Cangzhou City, September 13, the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Cangzhou Botou City law enforcement inspection found that Hebei Yimin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. UV photo oxygen filter cotton missing, pollution control facilities can not operate normally, part of the volatile organic compounds without treatment directly discharged. On September 14, the Provincial Department of ecological environment found that VOCs Pollution Prevention and control facilities in artificial painting process of Zeyu Casting Co., Ltd. were missing and VOCs were discharged directly. On September 21, the Provincial Department of ecological environment conducted law enforcement inspection in Dongguang County, Cangzhou, and found that the ink in the printing workshop of Haoda Plastics Co., Ltd. was not stored in a sealed manner as required, and some VOCs were discharged unorganized; the VOCs photo oxygen treatment facilities could not operate normally, the photo oxygen catalytic plate was missing, the filter cotton dust was serious, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment.

On September 25, the Provincial Department of ecological environment inspected in Xianxian County, Cangzhou City and found that the VOCs Pollution Prevention and control facilities of the bottle making machine lampblack treatment process of Hebei Yanjing glass products Co., Ltd. were partially damaged, the filter cotton and catalytic plate were missing and could not operate normally, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment. On September 13, Hengshui City, the Provincial Department of ecological environment in the law enforcement inspection of Wuyi County, Hengshui City, found that the catalytic plate of VOCs photo oxygen treatment facilities in Wenrong furniture factory of Wuyi County was missing and could not operate normally, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment. On September 15, the Provincial Department of ecological environment found that the components of VOCs collection and treatment facilities of Hebei chunfengyinxing cot Co., Ltd. were damaged and could not operate normally, and the waste gas was not directly discharged without effective treatment. On September 15, the law enforcement inspection conducted by the Provincial Department of ecological environment in Jizhou District, Hengshui City found that some filter cotton and lamp tubes of VOCs photo oxygen treatment facilities of Hebei Jinxing Technology Co., Ltd. were missing, the lamp tubes were seriously dusty and could not operate normally, and some VOCs were discharged directly without treatment.
