PPG launched PPG powerron 160 electrophoretic paint products in North America
Recently, PPG announced the launch of a new PPG powercron 160 electrophoretic paint in North America, which is a new generation of anionic epoxy paint with high film-forming property and low VOC content. PPG powercron 160 electrophoretic paint was originally prepared to meet the special requirements of the pipeline industry. It is specially designed for casting profiles. With professional chemical methods, it can achieve high film formation on a variety of substrates and pretreatment chemicals. PPG powercron 160 electronic coating can help casting, automotive and heavy equipment manufacturers and other metal processors gain a competitive advantage in environmental compliance and product performance. Jim gezo, product manager of PPG industrial coating substrate protection system (SPS), said that although other anion electrophoresis products are limited to specific pretreatment and substrate, PPG powercron 160 electronic coating enables the machine to provide corrosion performance on a variety of pretreatment and high profile substrates. The unique chemical properties can also be enhanced by using products with VOC content lower than other anion technologies. Compared with other anionic electrophoretic coatings, the performance advantages of this product include low curing temperature to 250 ° F, significant reduction of energy consumption and related carbon emissions, excellent processability, outdoor durability and wide range of colors. PPG, as one of the leading coating companies in the world, provides manufacturers in many industries with comprehensive metal plating coating, pretreatment, liquid and powder products, etc. In addition to providing a wide range of industrial coatings and a full range of color options, PPG also provides industry-leading expertise through network technology. In addition, PPG has more than 50 years of electronic coating experience and can accept the most severe test solutions.
