How are the chemical enterprises moving now?

A few days ago, the new plant of Yichang Julong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was officially completed and put into operation, which is the first chemical enterprise to be moved into the park since the special renovation, transformation and upgrading of chemical industry along the Yangtze River.
The guidance of the office of the safety committee of the State Council on Further Strengthening the work of safety production of hazardous chemicals requires that new hazardous chemical production enterprises must enter the park, and existing production enterprises must also move into the chemical concentration area and chemical park in a planned way. Since September 15, 2011, the Ministry of environmental protection has suspended the acceptance of various applications for new construction, reconstruction and expansion of hazardous chemicals production and storage projects outside the industrial park. In 2017, the general office of the State Council issued the guiding opinions on promoting the relocation and transformation of hazardous chemical production enterprises in urban densely populated areas, which proposed that: small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises with major risks and hidden dangers should start the relocation and transformation by the end of 2018 and complete it by the end of 2020; other large enterprises and large enterprises should start the relocation and transformation by the end of 2020 and 2025 Done.
After the opinions were issued, the provinces have issued their own relocation and transformation work plans, and the relocation of chemical enterprises is hot. The relocation of chemical enterprises is not simply to move the previous devices from one place to another, but to realize the renewal of technical equipment and industrial transformation and upgrading through relocation, so as to make enterprises more intelligent and improve the industrial chain. Hubei Xingfa group realized industrial transformation by relocation. Its fine phosphate industry has reached the international leading level and extended to the field of electronic chemicals, filling the domestic gap. Xingfa group moved part of 70000 tons of Glyphosate and glycine plants in Linjiang, successfully developed series of glyphosate raw materials, preparations, Water agents and other products, increased the capacity of glyphosate to 180000 tons / year, ranking first in China and second in the world, reached the leading level in cost consumption and cleaning production, and became the first four enterprises in China to pass the environmental protection verification of glyphosate One of the industries. Xingfa Group invested 2 billion yuan to arrange the projects of microelectronics and new organosilicon materials with high technology, high efficiency, low emission and low pollution. At present, the electronic grade phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid produced by the company have broken the technical monopoly of developed countries and filled in the domestic blank; the company has independently developed and mastered the core technology of silicone production, and the process control and cost consumption have reached the leading level in China.
Xingfa group has realized circular economy and comprehensive utilization. In the whole process, the by-product of this production line has become the main raw material of another production line, fully complementing each other and greatly reducing the cost. Hubei green home Material Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise engaged in the research and development, production and trade of fine chemicals and epoxy new materials. It will move to the new material industrial park of Xiantao national high tech Industrial Development Zone with an investment of 1.45 billion yuan. After the completion of relocation, the company will have a production scale of 500000 tons of epoxy new material series products annually. The annual production capacity of the leading product benzyl alcohol will be increased from 40000 tons to 120000 tons, and the annual production capacity of diluent will be increased from 10000 tons to 100000 tons. A new production unit with an annual output of 180000 tons of Benzyl Chloride will be built as the supporting unit of benzyl alcohol raw materials. The project adopts advanced process technology and equipment, such as continuous reaction, continuous distillation and other processes and remote automatic control system, which changes the way of intermittent production and manual process operation in the past, so as to lower the material consumption and energy consumption level of products, and make the quality more stable and high-quality. The new project not only solves the problem that the supply of benzyl chloride as the main raw material is restricted by the competitors, but also enriches the original varieties such as diluent and curing agent with more significant scale benefit.
Compared with the maximum annual output value of the original production base of 700 million yuan, the project can achieve sales revenue of 5 billion yuan, tax revenue of 300 million yuan and export earnings of 300 million US dollars. Yichang Julong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., which has recently completed relocation, is located in yaojiagang chemical park, Zhijiang, with a total investment of 120 million yuan. The production capacity was increased from 30000 tons to 220000 tons before the relocation, and the product application scope was expanded from industrial sewage treatment to tap water treatment, becoming the largest flocculant production enterprise for water treatment in Hubei Province. The process upgrading of enterprises and the application of 12 independent R & D patents to new equipment can help industrial enterprises reduce the cost of wastewater treatment chemicals by more than 70% and improve the COD removal rate of wastewater after treatment by more than 80%. The technological process has also been upgraded in an all-round way. All kinds of intelligent and automatic control equipment have been put into use synchronously and officially. When the production process is out of limit, the equipment will not only give out an alarm sound, but also form an alarm record, which can effectively remind operators to deal with problems in time and reduce accidents. The chemical enterprises relocated in Qingdao all adopt DCS control system, safety production alarm interlock and SIS safety instrument system in the plant to build three lines of defense for the intrinsic safety of the plant.
