In the inspection, we also conducted food safety knowledge training for school canteen employees and interviews with school principals. At present, we have trained 1014 employees and interviewed 289 food safety principals collectively. 151 food schools signed the letter of commitment on food safety as required. 498 food business units around the school carried out self inspection and found 53 problems or hidden dangers 47 have been rectified before.

At present, we have dispatched 1117 administrative law enforcement personnel, inspected 724 schools and surrounding food business units, randomly inspected 435 batches of food, ordered 18 households to correct, warned 3 households, and filed 9 cases. " Han Xihua, deputy head of the food safety supervision section of the district market supervision bureau, said that they will further expand the coverage of joint spot checks, increase administrative penalties, improve the overall level of food safety on campus, and ensure food safety in schools.
