Yunnan Province firmly carries out the rectification of food safety problems

Since the middle of September, 15 departments of Sichuan food safety office, market supervision, public security, education, agriculture and rural areas have jointly carried out joint actions to rectify food safety problems, severely cracked down on illegal behaviors in food production and operation links, health food industry, campus food safety, and agricultural product quality and safety, and achieved phased results. On September 11, the State Administration of market supervision, the Ministry of public security, the Ministry of education and the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas jointly held a teleconference in Beijing to deploy joint action to rectify food safety problems, focusing on four outstanding problems: cracking down on illegal activities in food production and operation, resolutely banning "black factories", "black workshops" and "black dens"; implementing health food industry Special cleaning and rectification of the industry, serious investigation and punishment of false publicity and illegal sales of health food; solution to the problem of the main responsibility of food safety of schools and kindergartens and food safety; rectification of the quality and safety of agricultural products, focusing on the problem of quality and safety of vegetables, eggs, pork, aquatic products and the addition of banned ingredients of pesticides and veterinary drugs.

Our province attaches great importance to and starts quickly, deploys and formulates the implementation plan, refines the implementation specific measures, closely around the four key points of remediation, highlights the key period, key varieties and key links, strengthens the supervision, actively investigates the risk hidden dangers, and solidly carries out the remediation work. At present, the rectification action has achieved initial results. As of October 10, we had severely cracked down on illegal behaviors in food production and operation. There were 73467 law enforcement personnel in the province, 1019 food illegal cases were investigated and dealt with, 5 enterprises were ordered to stop production and business, 1 license was revoked, 3 unlicensed enterprises (including black factories, black workshops and black dens) were banned, 1 qualification was restricted, and 3 cases were transferred to judicial organs. Strengthen the supervision of health food. A total of 22899 law enforcement personnel were dispatched in the province, 15800 times of inspection of production and operation entities, 39 cases of investigation and punishment of problem operators, 75 cases of rectification ordered, 1 case of transfer to judicial organs, 2 cases of investigation and punishment of 3 complaints and reports received from the masses, 1374 times of science popularization publicity and 66979 times of science popularization publicity. There were 20120 self inspections of schools, meal providers and food operators around the campus, 21751 times of inspections of school canteens, meal providers and food operators around the campus, 3419 food samples, and 9 unlicensed operators were banned. 24808 employees were trained and 62580 training materials were distributed. There are 3152 newly built school canteens, with a coverage rate of 68.3% (including 2129 newly built canteens in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, with a coverage rate of 70%). Agricultural and rural departments inspected 16019 production and operation entities, dispatched 24513 law enforcement personnel, investigated and dealt with 473 problems, ordered 43 rectification, banned 43 unlicensed enterprises, revoked 8 License enterprises, received 17 complaints from the masses, and conducted 1514 training sessions and 33821 training sessions according to 10 problems reported and dealt with. The market supervision department inspected 55393 production and operation entities, sent 22327 law enforcement personnel, investigated 187 problems, involving more than 82700 yuan, ordered 134 rectification, transferred 1 judicial case, received 11 complaints from the masses, guided 598 training sessions and 9823 person times of training according to 4 problems reported and investigated. The Public Security Department accepted 21 transferred cases, handled 7 illegal and criminal cases, destroyed 1 nest point, involved in 1.3476 million yuan, and transferred 1 case to the procuratorate. In the next step, the province will continue to strengthen horizontal Department linkage, strengthen supervision, and carry out supervision and inspection on the deployment, troubleshooting, centralized remediation and performance of relevant departments in 16 prefectures (cities) in strict accordance with the requirements of joint action on food safety issues, so as to promote the in-depth implementation of special remediation. We should concentrate our energy and strength, trace the roots, dig deep along the line, carry out targeted and key crackdowns, and investigate all illegal and criminal acts to the end. We will increase the publicity of case investigation and handling information and the implementation of the blacklist system, publicize the punishment results of illegal cases to the public in accordance with the law, and strive to improve the people's sense of food safety, happiness and safety.
