Energy saving and efficiency increase of ammonia loading project in Daqing
The first qualified ammonia water of Daqing petrochemical fertilizer plant was officially delivered, marking that the ammonia water loading energy-saving and efficiency increasing project of the fertilizer plant was officially put into operation. According to the preliminary calculation, the energy-saving and efficiency creating project of ammonia water loading in the fertilizer plant can increase the enterprise's benefit by more than 5 million yuan per year. The ammonia water is the by-product of the synthetic ammonia plant of Daqing petrochemical fertilizer plant, which is normally sent to the urea plant as the production raw material. In recent years, the chemical fertilizer plant timely adjusts the product structure according to the market demand, resulting in a long-term shutdown of the urea plant. The ammonia produced can only be treated through the operation of the hydrolysis system, resulting in waste of energy and raw materials. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the unit and improve the economic benefit, the fertilizer plant organizes personnel to understand the ammonia water market demand, and adjusts the ammonia water concentration through process optimization to meet the sales demand. At present, Daqing Petrochemical chemical fertilizer plant sells ammonia water as a product to the outside world. It can produce about 1000 tons of ammonia water every month, which can increase economic benefits by more than 700000 yuan every year. At the same time, the hydrolysis system for ammonia water treatment can be shut down in winter, which can save about 120 tons of steam consumption per day and reduce the production cost by nearly 4.8 million yuan per year.
