Taiyuan coal comprehensive trading price index hit a new low in the past 2 years
In the 324th issue of China's Taiyuan coal trading price index released on the 11th, the composite index fell to 134.10 points, a week-on-week decline of 0.41%, a year-on-year decline of 7.38%, a new low in more than two years. Among the subdivisions, power coal and coking coal continued to decline slightly, with a weekly decline of 0.63% and 0.33% respectively; coal injection continued to decline significantly, with a weekly decline of 2.75%; chemical coal continued to rebound since September this year, with a weekly increase of 3.37%. The trend review provided by China (Taiyuan) coal trading center shows that the daily consumption of power plants is generally low, the inventory is generally high, and traders are bearish. At the same time, the coal injection warehouse of the steel plant is well stocked and has the intention to reduce the price; the operating rate of chemical enterprises has declined, and the enthusiasm of raw material and lump coal purchase is not high, only the demand for heating coal of residents forms the support for the lump coal market.
