Henan provincial government holds executive meeting to study

On November 12th, the provincial government held a executive meeting to thoroughly implement the spirit of keynote speech by general secretary Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the second China International Import fair, listen to our province's participation in the second session of the Expo, and further improve the responsibility system for food safety. There were 7659 enterprises and institutions registered for the second Henan International Fair, an increase of 194.5% over the previous one, and a total turnover of 2.26 billion US dollars, an increase of 48.3% over the previous one. It was pointed out at the meeting that Sichuan Province made full use of the fair as a national open platform, actively expanded the achievements of international trade, carried out investment attraction with multiple strategies and achieved fruitful results. We should take the opportunity of the fair, unswervingly expand opening up in the process of integrating into the tide of globalization and strengthening international cooperation, constantly improve the level of opening up, and create a highland of inland opening up. We need to do a solid job in the follow-up docking of projects signed at the fair, accelerate the implementation of project performance, strengthen tracking and efficiency, and provide support for stabilizing foreign trade, increasing foreign investment and promoting foreign economy in the province. We should sum up the experience of improving the innovative practices of the two sessions of the conference, plan ahead of time and actively carry out the business invitation and exhibition work for the key economic and trade activities of next year's province, further optimize the business environment, attract more domestic and foreign businessmen to invest in Henan, and jointly write a more brilliant chapter in the new era.

It was pointed out at the meeting that Henan is a major province of food production, consumption and export. It is the people's expectation, industrial development needs and local responsibility to comprehensively strengthen and improve food safety. In accordance with general secretary Xi Jinping's "four most stringent" requirements, we should carry out the spirit of the relevant documents of the Central Committee, ensure food safety, the most stringent supervision and regulation of production and operation, the most severe punishment, deter crime, the most serious accountability, and implement the responsibility in the most stringent standards. We will further promote the construction of food safety province and ensure the safety of people's tongue. The collective law learning was held at the conference. As an important measure to implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and strengthen the construction of the government ruled by law, the provincial government established the collective law learning system of the executive meeting, and invited song Luan, President of the administrative division of the provincial high court, to give a special lecture on the practice of administration according to law and administrative litigation on the same day.
