COSCO leads the new trend of high-speed rail coating with partners

The coating of the sample vehicle is made of the raw material of keschuang coating, which is jointly built by Sanhe Liangke Weize industrial coating Co., Ltd. and CRRC Changchun rail car Co., Ltd. (Changchun passenger Co., Ltd.). Gradient color, because of its rich color changes, has been favored by designers and widely used in various industrial designs. However, due to the high requirements of coating and coating process, gradient color is rarely used in the appearance design of high-speed rail trains.
The sample car adopts a unique color blending method and spraying process to achieve the effect of gradual color change. Thanks to the coating raw materials from Kesi Chuang, the coating effect is better in color performance, the coating has better weather resistance, UV resistance and longer gloss, which can ensure that the train still maintains a beautiful appearance after long-term operation. At the 2019 China International Coatings exhibition held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from November 18 to 20, keschuang (Booth No.: W2, B05) is showing the effect of gradual color coating and the latest high iron water-based coating solution of the sample vehicle. Water based coating has a broad market prospect. According to the national railway network planning, from 2021 to 2025, the national high-speed railway lines will grow from 30000 km to 38000 km, and the market demand for high-speed railway trains still has a huge space. At the same time, with its excellent performance and technical advantages, China's high-speed rail has become a "golden card" for China's infrastructure construction "going out", which needs to face higher coating requirements in different markets.
