Inner Mongolia completes the task of coal and steel capacity reduction

"Two years ahead of schedule, Inner Mongolia overfulfilled the capacity reduction task of coal and steel during the 13th five year plan. Since last year, 2.35 million tons of iron and steel capacity, 2.06 million tons of electrolytic aluminum and 20.68 million tons of PVC were replaced, and 51 zombie enterprises belonging to 69 districts have been cleared. " Li Hua, vice chairman of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, introduced the press conference on the promotion of key work in the field of industrial energy and transportation in Inner Mongolia on May 25. It is understood that Inner Mongolia's industrial economy focuses on supply side structural reform, highlights the implementation of new development concepts, and significantly improves the quality of development. "Inner Mongolia has issued the implementation plan for emerging industries, studied and formulated the action plan for transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, formed a systematic and complete policy system for transformation mode and structural adjustment, and effectively promoted the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure." Said Ariva. In terms of cost reduction, Inner Mongolia has taken measures such as expanding the scale of power multilateral trading, adjusting the trading price limit, and implementing the coal electricity price linkage trading, reducing the power cost of enterprises by 18 billion yuan in recent two years. In addition, Inner Mongolia promotes technological transformation and upgrading, and invests nearly 2 billion yuan every year to support key projects such as intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing, innovation platform, industrial Internet and technological research. At the same time, based on the industrial basis and advantages of big data and new materials, vigorously develop strategic emerging industries.
