Since November, the reporter has visited many supermarkets and vegetable markets in Shijiazhuang city for many times and learned that the wholesale price of pork has been decreasing slowly, from 57 yuan / kg at the beginning of the month to 48 yuan / kg. On November 25, Zheng, who was buying pork in a supermarket on Dongfeng Road, told reporters: "I found that the price of pork recently is lower than the original, which is what our consumers want to see. Although the overall price of pork is still very high, I believe that under the government's control, the price of pork can be controlled within a reasonable range. " It is understood that in order to further stabilize pig production and ensure market supply, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of agriculture and rural areas jointly issued a number of measures, such as special subsidies for stabilizing pig production, temporary loan discount and so on. Special subsidies for stable pig production shall be implemented, temporary production subsidies shall be given to the large-scale pig farms (households) whose annual output is more than 1000 in big counties, and interest shall be discounted to the bank loans of qualified farms (households) for purchasing pigs. In principle, the discount proportion shall not exceed 2%, and the subsidy period is tentatively from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. We will increase the discount of temporary loans for breeding and large-scale pig farms, and extend the implementation period of the discount of working capital loans for breeding and large-scale pig farms to December 31, 2020. According to the local conditions, local governments can use the funds at the same level to appropriately expand the scope of discount interest and ease the pressure on the funds of pig raising enterprises.

We will increase the amount of insurance for pigs, temporarily increase the amount of insurance for fertile sows and fattening pigs, increase the amount of insurance for fertile sows from 1000 yuan to 1500 yuan, and the amount of insurance for fattening pigs from 500 yuan to 800 yuan, expand the scale of insurance for fattening pigs, and further enhance the ability to resist the risks of pig breeding. We will provide subsidies for improved breeds of pigs, and support the promotion of artificial insemination technology in large counties where there are conditions for pig breeding. The subsidy targets are sows farms (households) that use the semen of improved breeds of pigs to carry out artificial insemination. The subsidy standard is that the annual subsidy for each sow that can reproduce is no more than 40 yuan. According to statistics, up to now, the Provincial Department of finance has fully implemented the supporting policies for pig breeding, actively coordinated the relevant funds, and allocated 861 million yuan of various financial funds, effectively supporting the stable production and supply of pigs. "

In the second half of 2020, the supply of pork in Shijiazhuang is expected to increase if there is no outbreak, said the head of relevant departments in Shijiazhuang. If there is no accident, then the price of pork may really usher in a period of decline. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the price of pork is falling, and the price of poultry and eggs is also falling. At present, most of the egg birds in Shijiazhuang have entered the off-season of laying in winter. The supply of eggs is basically sufficient, and the price of eggs is moderate. In the aspect of poultry, affected by the fluctuation of pork price, the price of poultry also declined.
