Shandong standard coal mine personnel precise positioning system
In order to implement the measures for the prevention and control of coal mine rockburst in Shandong Province, promote the upgrading of personnel position monitoring system, and achieve accurate and precise positioning of personnel and equipment, Shandong Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau has recently formulated and issued the technical requirements for accurate positioning system of coal mine personnel in Shandong Province (Trial). Technical requirements is composed of scope, normative references, terms and definitions, general requirements, technical requirements, functional requirements and main technical indicators. It not only conforms to the national laws and regulations on coal mine safety production, but also meets the actual needs of coal mine safety work in Shandong Province. It is the first technical specification of coal mine precise positioning system in China. According to the technical requirements, the system shall be simple in structure and be able to integrate with the security monitoring system, communication system and other multiple systems. Advanced wireless ranging technologies such as RSSI, AOA, TOA, TOF and TDOA shall be selected to improve the positioning accuracy and reliability and realize centimeter level positioning. Among them, the static positioning accuracy can reach 30 cm under ideal condition, and the positioning accuracy of the personnel in the coal face, along the trench and in the driving face should reach 1 m. The system is required to have the functions of uniqueness detection, two-way call, overtime alarm, acousto-optic vibration prompt, personnel limit management, etc., at the same time, it also reserves the capacity for the positioning of underground equipment and equipment, and lays the foundation for the next intelligent construction such as unmanned auxiliary transportation. According to the relevant person in charge of Shandong coal regulatory bureau, the introduction of the "technical requirements" timely makes up for the blank of the technical specifications of the precise positioning system for coal miners, which is of great significance to standardize the construction of the precise positioning system for coal miners in Shandong Province and promote the intelligent and intelligent construction of coal mines.
