Henan energy group and Yangmei group sign strategic cooperation agreement
On December 3, Yangquan coal industry group and Henan energy and chemical industry group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Rizhao, Shandong Province. Zhai Hong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Yangmei group, presided over the meeting and signed with Liu Yinzhi, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Henan energy and chemical group. Nie Jianmin, deputy general manager of Yangmei group, and song Lusheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and executive deputy general manager of Henan energy and Chemical Group signed the contract on behalf of both parties. Zhai Hong introduced the whole situation of Yangmei group in detail. He pointed out that Yangmei group, based on coal mining, continued to extend the industrial chain and formed a good situation of multi industry coordinated development. At the same time, actively implement the new development concept, adhere to the concept of "hand in hand with capable people, go with giants", vigorously develop emerging industries, especially in modern coal chemical industry, new energy, clean energy and other aspects of a bold attempt. We will continue to speed up the construction of key projects and make every effort to promote the construction of 100 million tons of coal bases. It is hoped that the two sides will continue to deepen cooperation, improve market discourse and achieve common development. Liu Yinzhi introduced the relevant situation of Henan energy and said that Yangmei group has strong strength and advantages in coal mining and coal chemical industry, and a series of new technologies represented by "Jinhua furnace" are in the forefront of the industry. It is hoped that the two sides will work together to continuously increase cooperation in coal, chemical and other fields to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out strategic cooperation in coal production and sales, chemical product production and sales, logistics trade and other fields to create a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership.
