Revise standards such as limit of harmful substances in vehicle coatings
Recently, the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China has publicly solicited opinions on 9 compulsory national standard program projects, including the limit of volatile organic compounds in adhesives. 4 chemical industry standard items are mandatory standards. The four standards are the limit of volatile organic compounds content in cleaning agents, the limit of volatile organic compounds in adhesives, the limit of harmful substances in vehicle coatings and the limit of harmful substances in anticorrosive coatings. The specific revision plan is as follows: among them, the content limit of volatile organic compounds in cleaning agents and the limit of volatile organic compounds in adhesives are new standards. The content limit of volatile organic compounds in cleaning agent was drafted by China Industrial Cleaning Association, Huayang Xinxing Technology (Tianjin) Group Co., Ltd., Guohe general testing and evaluation Certification Co., Ltd., Beijing Bluestar Cleaning Co., Ltd., Guangdong Xinqiu Cleaning Technology Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia GUKE Lvyuan Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. and is planned to be completed in 2019. The VOC limit of adhesives was drafted by Shanghai Rubber Products Research Institute Co., Ltd. and is planned to be completed in 2019. Limit of harmful substances in vehicle coatings and limit of harmful substances in anticorrosive coatings are revised standards. The limit of harmful substances in vehicle coatings was drafted and revised by CNOOC Changzhou paint Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Donglai paint technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and is scheduled to be completed in 2019. The limit of harmful substances in anticorrosive coatings was drafted by CNOOC Changzhou paint Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Lanling polymer materials Co., Ltd. and is planned to be completed in 2019.
