Gazprom starts to develop the largest oil and gas reserves in East Siberia

Russian oil and gas network Moscow reported that Gazprom has begun to officially develop a marginal oil field in the chayandinskoye oil and gas field. The first production well produced more than 150 tons of commercial oil per day. Gazprom plans to produce 3 million tons of oil equivalent per year in the future. Zapolyarye, a subsidiary of Gazprom, has started to transport commercial crude oil from the chayangdinskoye oil field. At present, Gazprom zapolyarye is developing chayangdinskoye oil and gas field according to the operator agreement reached with Russian gas dobycha noyabrsk, a subsidiary of Gazprom. Gazprom dobycha noyabrsk is the authorized owner of the oil and gas field and is currently responsible for the development of the natural gas part of the asset. At present, there are 6 oil producing wells in chayangdingskoye oil and gas field, and the oil and natural gas produced are transported to the central processing facility (CPF). Once they reach the marketable standard, the oil is transported to the comprehensive gas processing facility of Russian gas dobycha noyabrsk company by oil tankers, where it enters the main oil pipeline system after mixing with the condensate.
