Billion Group to Invest New Differential Fiber Project
BILLION HOLDINGS has signed an agreement with Longhu Town yesterday at 2017 Xiamen International Investment and Trade Fair for a differentiated chemical fiber project.
Fujian Billion Polymerization Fiber Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. plans to build a differentiated chemical fiber project with capacity of 330,000 tons/year with investment of 220 million US dollars. The total investment is estimated to reach 2.5 billion yuan (380 million US dollars). The project will introduce a set of polymerization unit, 20 spinning production lines and 200 sets of twisting machines.
The project is undergoing procedure for approval of land allocation and EIA now and is expected to start production in June 2018. With the project into production, the annual output value of BILLION will exceed 10 billion yuan (1.5 billion US dollars). As one of the largest producers of polyester filament, BILLION HOLDINGS is also the largest production base of differentiated chemical fiber in Fujian Province.
