With the operation of the system, at the end of last year, a comprehensive management center was established in the district. In the comprehensive management center, the reporter saw that each checkpoint can be remotely monitored by computer, and the dynamic in and out of vehicles can be seen at a glance. "In order to better monitor, we have installed more than 200 cameras on bayonets and walls." Wang Qiang, an engineer of the integrated management center, told reporters that in addition to camera monitoring, every vehicle entering the Development Zone, especially dangerous chemical vehicles, is also equipped with a mobile terminal. The route and stop point of the vehicle will be transmitted to the center in real time. In case of road congestion, the center will also send a prompt to the vehicle in advance and provide a preferred route plan. According to the relevant plan, the closed management of the area will be implemented in two steps: from September 1 this year, the monitoring management will be implemented for all vehicles of hazardous chemicals. From January 1 next year, all vehicles and personnel including hazardous chemical vehicles will be monitored and managed. For such huge data, in order to improve the efficiency of customs clearance, for the ordinary vehicles that have been passed by enterprises for a long time, enter them into the central database by means of "white list" so that the vehicles can arrive and leave immediately; for the vehicles of employees of enterprises, enterprises are encouraged to reduce the number of vehicles in the area and improve the speed of customs clearance by means of shuttle bus. Based on the closed management information system, at present, the zone is developing relevant software, including the data of environmental protection, energy, emergency rescue, port logistics, public service, economic operation, etc. in the zone into the comprehensive management center, establishing a large database, realizing real-time monitoring of major hazard sources, timely mastering and analyzing various resource data, and making accurate judgment and disposal. More and more information input can realize intelligent early warning, analysis and evaluation of key prevention and control surfaces.
