Henan requires full digital coverage of hazardous chemical enterprises
Recently, the Henan Provincial Office of Emergency Management released a message saying that in order to accelerate the digital construction of dual prevention mechanism, the province requires all access to hazardous chemical safety production risk monitoring and early warning system of major hazard enterprises, digital construction to achieve full coverage by the end of this year.
According to the introduction, the information system of hazardous chemical enterprises in Henan Province is built with three ports, namely the enterprise side, the park side and the government side. Henan Provincial Office of Emergency Management pointed out that encourage support for enterprises to develop or renovate double prevention mechanism information system, focus on solving existing problems, to achieve the task of accurate pushing, real-time uploading of hidden data, timely warning of abnormalities and other functions; chemical parks to combine the construction of intelligent safety risk control platform, the development of double prevention mechanism function module, to achieve a timely and dynamic grasp of the operation of the enterprise double prevention mechanism The government side should realize the interconnection and interoperability with the enterprise side of information technology data to ensure smooth access to data and good operation.
