China Chemical signed a contract for 600,000 tons of PO and 200,000 tons of nylon 66 projects
On the afternoon of October 18, the China Chemical New Materials Industry Base project was successfully signed at the Quanzhou Investment Promotion Conference in 2021.
The project has a total investment of 15 billion yuan and covers an area of 1100 acres. It is planned to build 600,000 tons/year propylene oxide, 900,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide, 200,000 tons/year nylon 66, 100,000 tons/year nylon 12 (PA12), etc. The project aims to build the "Tianchen Quangang New Material Industrial Park". It is the largest petrochemical industry project that has been introduced in our district in recent years. Simultaneously stimulate the capital increase and expansion of downstream enterprises in the park. After the completion of the project, the output value is expected to reach 21 billion yuan, and the tax revenue is 1.5 billion yuan, which will drive the further development of Quanzhou's textile and clothing, high-end shoe materials, pipelines and cables, and nursing and medical industries.
Since the beginning of this year, the park has conscientiously implemented the spirit of the city’s 13th Party Congress, deeply implemented the "Action Plan for Quanzhou Industrial Chain Investment Season in 2021", closely focused on the goal of "five districts, three cities construction", and focused on extending the middle and lower reaches of the industry Chain, adhere to the industry chain to attract investment, take the initiative, and make precise efforts to promote investment promotion to achieve good results. Especially during the recent outbreak of the surrounding epidemic, the park insisted on continuously attracting investment and the main leaders personally grasped it, and through online communication, it frequently docked with the senior management of Tianchen Company, and conducted in-depth research on raw material supply, public facilities, product markets, and living facilities. Communicate and negotiate repeatedly to provide efficient and high-quality services for project signing and landing.
It is reported that China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. is affiliated to China National Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd., a large-scale enterprise under the direct management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. , With hundreds of chemical engineering projects in 36 countries, with strong engineering technology research and development capabilities, engineering general contracting capabilities, industrial operation capabilities, and project investment and financing capabilities. It is an intelligence-intensive and technology-intensive technology-based central enterprise.
In the next stage, the park will set up a special project service class to solve the problems in the preliminary procedures of the project in a timely manner, and strive to create a "compliance and temperature" business environment, so that the contracted projects can be implemented as soon as possible and bear fruit as soon as possible. Contribute to the construction of a "green petrochemical city".
