Yunnan Safety Supervision Bureau issued guidance on safety control of carbide

Recently, Yunnan Safety Supervision Bureau issued guidance on safety control of carbide production process in Yunnan Province. The opinion is composed of five parts: overview, brief introduction of carbide production process, danger of carbide production process, contents of main safety design measures, key monitoring process parameters and basic requirements of safety monitoring. It takes into account the specific production process and device differences, and clearly defines the design, construction and transformation based on the principle of "safety, reliability, economy and practicality". Yunnan Safety Supervision Bureau stressed that: first, relevant enterprises should follow the requirements of the opinions. Second, relevant design, construction and evaluation units shall design, construct and evaluate the automatic control system and safety interlock device of relevant hazardous chemical process in accordance with the opinions. Third, safety supervision departments at all levels should strengthen guidance and inspection, urge relevant enterprises and design, construction and evaluation units to implement the scheme requirements, and ensure the practicability and reliability of safety control transformation. According to Cai Shuang, deputy director in charge of the provincial administration of work safety, the opinions is led by the provincial administration of work safety, which organizes engineering technicians and experts from relevant design units. According to the guidance on further strengthening work safety of hazardous chemicals (SWB [2008] No. 26) issued by the Office of the safety committee of the State Council, and the second batch of key regulatory risks issued by the State Administration of work safety The notice on hazardous chemical process and adjustment of some typical processes in the first batch of key supervision hazardous chemical process (ajzgs [2013] No. 3) and other documents and relevant standards and specifications are jointly formulated. This is a specific practice for Yunnan to strengthen the safety supervision and administration of hazardous chemicals in accordance with the law.
