The revenue and profit of Internet service business increased at the same time
On December 31, according to the official website of the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of industry and information technology released the operation of the Internet and related service industries from January to November 2019. From January to November, China's Internet and related service industries maintained a steady and positive development trend, with revenue and profits growing at a faster pace, R & D investment growth maintaining double digits, various Internet service businesses maintaining rapid development, and major provinces operating well. From January to November, the business income of Internet and related service enterprises above Designated Size in China reached 1088.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.4%, a year-on-year increase of 2.7 percentage points, and a year-on-year increase of 1.4 percentage points from January to October. The following are the specific data: first, the overall operation of Internet business income accelerated growth. From January to November, the business income of Internet and related service enterprises above Designated Size (hereinafter referred to as Internet enterprises) reached 1088.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.4%, a year-on-year increase of 2.7 percentage points, and a year-on-year increase of 1.4 percentage points over the growth rate from January to October. Industry profit and business income grow at the same time.
From January to November, the whole industry realized a total operating profit of 103.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.4%, a year-on-year increase of 14.9 percentage points, and a year-on-year increase of 7.3 percentage points from January to October. The growth rate of R & D investment has declined. From January to November, the R & D cost of the whole industry was 43 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.8%, a year-on-year drop of 0.3 percentage points, 10.8 percentage points lower than that from January to October. 2、 The revenue of information service for sub business and regional operation has grown rapidly as a whole, and the growth rate of audio and video services has maintained a leading position. From January to November, the scale of information service revenue (including online music and video, online games, news information, online reading, etc.) reached 711.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24%, a year-on-year increase of 4.7 percentage points, 1.3 percentage points higher than that from January to October, accounting for 65.3% of the Internet business revenue. The service revenue of Internet platform grew rapidly, and the scale of life service and network sales service continued to expand. From January to November, Internet platform service enterprises (mainly providing production service platform, life service platform, science and technology innovation platform, public service platform, etc.) achieved business revenue of 292.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21%, and the growth rate dropped by 1.4 percentage points compared with that from January to October. The revenue of Internet data services has maintained a rapid growth.
From January to November, Internet enterprises completed relevant Internet data service revenue of 10.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.3%, 5.4 percentage points higher than that from January to October; by the end of November, the number of deployed servers reached 1.672 million, a year-on-year increase of 29.6%. 3、 Operation by Region: Internet business revenue in the eastern region has increased rapidly, while that in the central and western regions has increased significantly. From January to November, the Internet business income in the eastern region was 855.4 billion yuan, an increase of 23.4%, 2.2 percentage points higher than that in January to October, accounting for 91.4% of the national (excluding cross regional enterprises) Internet business income. The Internet business revenue in the central and western regions reached 39 billion yuan and 37.2 billion yuan, up 58.3% and 36.2% respectively, 35.9 and 13.8 percentage points higher than the national average. The income of Internet business in Northeast China reached 4.06 billion yuan, up 1.4% year on year, 2.5 percentage points lower than that in January October. The main provinces are running well, and the growth rate of some provinces has picked up significantly. From January to November, Guangdong (up 14.1%), Shanghai (38.0%), Beijing (21.9%), Zhejiang (37.3%) and Jiangsu (5.9%) ranked the top five Internet businesses in terms of cumulative income, with a total of 820.4 billion yuan of Internet business income, accounting for 87.7% of the country (excluding cross regional enterprises). The Internet business income of Shanxi, Guizhou, Guangxi, Shandong, Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang continued to grow negatively. The growth rate of Internet business revenue is 17 provinces and cities that achieved improvement compared with last month, and 4 provinces and cities increased compared with October, among which Ningxia, Anhui, Guizhou and other provinces and cities saw significant growth.
