Zhu Jianfang, chief economist of CITIC Securities, said that infrastructure construction may become a bright spot this year, because we believe that such conditions are available in terms of capital support or project support for infrastructure construction. In consideration of the final part of the project planning, as well as some advance preparations for major projects in the 14th five year plan, or the implementation in advance, these will bring better support to the infrastructure. In addition, when it comes to urban renewal and stock upgrading, these bring new factors in the broad infrastructure construction.
