After January 12, nearly 80 coal mines in Yulin will be shut down
In the evening of January 5, when the heavy snow suddenly hit Yulin coal mine and stopped production in advance, Yulin ushered in the first heavy snow in 2020. Due to the heavy snowfall, many highways in Yulin implemented traffic control, and the main coal transportation channels and roads leading to the coal mine also did not have traffic conditions due to the snowfall. With the continuous cold and overcast weather in recent period, and the snowfall weather again on January 9 in Shenfu area, Yulin has many At present, the coal mines in production are in the state of unsalable production. According to the latest research information of Yulin Energy and chemical trading center, the holiday time of state-owned coal mines in Yulin will be around January 23 this year, and the resumption time of production will be around February 1 (the eighth day of the first month); the holiday time of private coal mines will be around January 12, and the resumption time will be around January 15. Affected by this snowfall, private coal mines in Yulin are basically on holiday. Behind the unsalable coal mine mentality: do not consider the price reduction, do not rush out of inventory although the coal mine is in unsalable state at present, but most coal mines say that although the inventory is high, they will not reduce the price for promotion, and do not rush to digest the inventory. "Although there was no sales in these two days, we didn't stop production.
We were reducing production and didn't worry about the high inventory, because the coal mines were closed immediately after the holidays, and the sales started when the roads were open." According to the relevant person in charge of Shenmu No. 1 coal mine, at present, there is basically no coal mine price reduction due to unsalable sales. On the one hand, this unsalable sales is mainly caused by poor transportation, and the price reduction can not drive sales. On the other hand, the current customer demand is relatively good. In addition, most of the coal mines are shut down after the end of this snowfall, the overall coal production capacity is reduced, and the later price has certain support. After January 12, the capacity of coal mines in Yulin will be reduced to 60%. Large state-owned coal enterprises and state-owned enterprises will complete the task of supply guarantee. In the second half of this year, the capacity of coal mines in Yulin will be stable between 70% and 75%. According to the current production situation of coal mines, it is expected that after January 12, with the shutdown of most civil coal mines for holidays, nearly 80 coal mines in Yulin will be shut down and the capacity of coal mines in operation will be reduced to about 6% 0%, controlled by central enterprises and state-owned coal mines, to ensure a stable supply of coal in the market during the spring break.
