He said that in accordance with the principle of "focusing on wholesale by the city and managing retail by the district", Beijing's urban commercial departments strengthened the connection with the governments of Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Hainan, Yunnan and other provinces, regions and cities that are the main producing areas of vegetables for Beijing to increase market supply. Seven key wholesale markets, including Xinfadi, Shunxin Shimen, Dayang Road, yuegezhuang, and Baliqiao, have played the role of 270 production bases that have signed the "site linking" agreement with the market and the large-scale vegetable transportation and marketing households in the market, strengthened the production and marketing connection, implemented the supply of vegetables, transported the storage resistant varieties of vegetables to the market in advance for storage, and increased the inventory. In addition, in view of the characteristics of the community food market, farmer's market and other merchants returning home for the festival during the Spring Festival, and the decrease of vegetable business households, 14 large-scale supermarket chains such as Wumei, Jingkelong, chaoshifa, Yonghui, shuntianfu, 790 stores, 10 direct vegetable supply enterprises and 680 chain business outlets, as well as Quanjude, DongLaiShun, qiefang, Meizhou Dongpo, judehua, etc 870 stores of 15 large-scale chain catering enterprises will play an important role in holiday supply to ensure the normal operation of each store during the Spring Festival holiday and meet the consumption demand of the public.
