The meeting pointed out that in 2019, SASAC at all levels resolutely implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, adhered to the general tone of seeking progress in stability, implemented the new development concept, and promoted the obvious improvement of the quality and efficiency of state-owned enterprises; insisted on the supply side structural reform as the main line, and constantly optimized the distribution of state-owned capital; insisted on the correct direction of reform, and promoted the reform of state-owned enterprises to go deep and practical; insisted on We should strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets mainly by managing capital, promote the continuous improvement of the supervision efficiency of state-owned assets, and adhere to the party's overall leadership over state-owned enterprises. The meeting stressed that 2020 will be the year when the well-off society will be built in an all-round way and the 13th five year plan will come to an end. It will also be the key year to achieve the first Centennial goal and lay a solid foundation for the development of the 14th five year plan and the realization of the second Centennial goal.
