Tongliao GEM Chemical to Change Catalyst at MEG Plant
GEM Chemical plans to shut its 200kt/year coal-based MEG plant at Tongliao, Inner Mongolia around October 15 to change catalyst. The maintenance is expected to last for about 15-20 days. GEM Chemical is currently running at about 60% of its capacity.
