Last year, the total profit of state-owned enterprises reached 3.6 trillion yuan
On January 21, the Ministry of Finance released data showing that in 2019, the main economic indicators of national state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises (hereinafter referred to as state-owned enterprises) maintained a growth trend, achieving a total profit of 3.6 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.7% year-on-year, and the tax payable continued to decline. In terms of total operating revenue, in 2019, the total operating revenue of state-owned enterprises reached 6255.25 billion yuan, an increase of 6.9% year on year. Among them, the central enterprises reached 35899.38 billion yuan, up 6.0% year on year. Local state-owned enterprises reached 26652.67 billion yuan, up 8.2% year on year. In terms of total operating costs, in 2019, the total operating costs of state-owned enterprises reached 60906.61 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%. Among them, the central enterprises reached 34490 billion yuan, an increase of 5.9% year on year. Local state-owned enterprises reached 26416.61 billion yuan, up 8.6% year on year. In terms of total profits, in 2019, the total profits of state-owned enterprises reached 3596.1 billion yuan, up 4.7% year on year.
Among them, the central enterprises reached 2265.27 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.7%; the local state-owned enterprises reached 1330.83 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.5%. In 2019, the after tax net profit of state-owned enterprises was 2631.84 billion yuan, an increase of 5.2% year on year, and the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company was 1549.6 billion yuan. Among them, the central enterprises accounted for 1653.99 billion yuan, up 10.4% year on year, and the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company was 964.42 billion yuan; the local state-owned enterprises accounted for 977.85 billion yuan, down 2.7% year on year, and the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company was 585.19 billion yuan. In terms of taxes payable, in 2019, the taxes payable by state-owned enterprises reached 4609.63 billion yuan, down 0.7% year on year. Among them, the central enterprises reached 3231.71 billion yuan, down 0.7% year on year. Local state-owned enterprises reached 1377.92 billion yuan, down 0.6% year on year. In terms of cost profit rate, in 2019, the cost profit rate of state-owned enterprises will be 6%, down 0.1%. Among them, the central enterprises accounted for 6.7%, an increase of 0.2%. Local state-owned enterprises were 5.1%, down 0.5%. In terms of asset liability ratio, by the end of December 2019, the asset liability ratio of state-owned enterprises was 63.9%, down 0.2 percentage points. Among them, the central enterprises decreased by 0.4% to 67%. 61.6% of local state-owned enterprises, an increase of 0.1 percentage points.
