Shandong Independent Refineries’ CDU & VDU Ran at Lower Loads
Up to October 18, 2017, the operating rate of CDU & VDU Units at Shandong independent refineries averaged 63.04%, down by 0.45% from last week, according to SCI statistics.
All the units at Kenli Petrochemical gradually ran normally with operating rates being improved. However, some refineries in Dongying and Binzhou cut the operating rates, dragging down the overall level at Shandong independent refineries. Shandong Dongfang Hualong Group and Shandong Haiyou Petrochemical plan to resume production in late October. No turnaround plan has been heard. Thus, the averate operating rate of CDU & VDU Units at Shandong independent refineries will probably see rises then. SCI has chosen 38 major independent refineries as the sample with the CDU & VDU capacity totaling 141 million mt per year.
