It is listed in 126 key energy consuming enterprises, energy measuring instrument manufacturers such as electric energy meter, water meter, gas meter and large scale scales, special equipment manufacturers and users such as boilers with high energy consumption, and key areas, i.e. concentrated production areas and commodity distribution centers of the above products. For serious illegal and unrepentant enterprises, they will be listed in the "blacklist" to the relevant person in charge of social exposure, who said that the use of energy using equipment or production process eliminated by the state, production and sales of energy using products and equipment eliminated by the state or not in line with the mandatory energy efficiency standards, forgery or fraudulent use of energy-saving certification marks and no production license found in this inspection If the licensed production implements the production license management of high energy consuming products, the quality supervision department will investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law and resolutely crack down on them; The quality supervision department will urge the enterprise to rectify seriously the five products of the third batch of energy efficiency labeling management that are being sold on the market before June 1, 2008, and the energy consuming units that fail to equip and use energy measuring instruments according to the regulations. If they fail to do so within the time limit, they will be severely investigated and punished in accordance with the law.
