The second shareholder of Fangda Chemical plans to reduce its holding
Fang Dahua Chemical (000818) announced in the evening of March 30 that Xu Huigong planned to reduce the shares of the company by no more than 6.9184 million shares, i.e. no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, by means of centralized bidding in the next three months. At present, Xu Huigong holds 34.65 million shares of Fangda chemical, accounting for 5.008% of the company's total share capital. Xu Huigong transferred 34.65 million shares from Fang Wei, the former actual controller of Fangda chemical. Fang Wei was once the leader of "Fang Da series" in the capital market. Liaoning Fangda group (000055), the former controlling shareholder of Fangda chemical, transferred 66 million shares of Fangda chemical to Fangwei, the actual controller at that time. After that, Fangwei's shares remained unchanged. After the contradiction between Fangwei's "Fangda Department" veteran and Fangda chemical's current controlling shareholder Xinyu Haoyue became public, many "Fangda Department" veteran were removed by Xinyu Haoyue. Shortly after that, Fangda chemical industry announced that Fangwei planned to reduce its holding of no more than 40212000 shares of the company (accounting for 5.81% of the total share capital). Xu Huigong received 34.65 million shares of Fangda chemical industry held by Fangwei. Xu Huigong and Fang Wei promised at that time that they would not reduce their shares in the listed company within six months after the completion of the share transfer. Now just after the commitment period, Xu Huigong announced that he would reduce his holding of 6.9184 million shares of Fangda chemical industry, which was due to personal financial arrangements. At that time, the price of 34.65 million shares of Fangda chemical was 12.72 yuan / share. On March 30, Fangda chemical reported a closing price of 12.74 yuan / share. It is estimated that xuhuigong is basically in a break even state at present.
