PetroChina's mask output exceeded 10 million pieces
Of the 21 full-automatic mask production lines that PetroChina plans to build, 20 have been in place and produced export masks. On April 1, the daily output exceeded 600,000 and reached 603,100; the cumulative production of masks exceeded 10 million and reached 1045. Million. The four production line units have obtained "Medical Device Registration Certificate" and "Medical Device Production License", which are fully equipped for product sales, and are continuously producing and exporting masks to the society.
In the past two months, 4 companies including Daqing Petrochemical, Lanzhou Petrochemical, Fushun Petrochemical, and Daqing Oilfield have overcome difficulties and rushed to build fully automatic mask production lines. Since February 28, various enterprises have successively produced qualified mask products.
At present, the 20 production lines that have produced export masks include: 6 production lines of Fushun Petrochemical, 5 production lines of Lanzhou Petrochemical, 5 production lines of Daqing Oilfield, and 4 production lines of Daqing Petrochemical. Each of these four units currently has a N95 medical mask production line, and the rest are disposable medical mask production lines. Fushun Petrochemical also has a N95 mask production line expected to be in place in late April.
In addition to increasing the production capacity of masks, PetroChina also actively organized the production and sales of polypropylene fiber materials, and promoted the construction of meltblown materials and meltblown fabrics at full speed. Dushanzi Petrochemical, Ningxia Petrochemical, Dalian Petrochemical, Hohhot Petrochemical, Dalian Xitai and Lanzhou Petrochemical, and many other units are fully committed to ensuring the full production of polypropylene equipment. Chemical sales units respond to customer needs in a timely manner and cooperate with sales and delivery to achieve polypropylene medical The supply of raw materials is stable at a sufficient price and high quality. From January to March, the cumulative production of polypropylene fiber material was 164,000 tons, and the sales volume was 149,000 tons. The output increased by 59.2% year-on-year.
