Traumatic elbow arthritis is a secondary lesion after elbow trauma, mainly manifested by elbow pain and limited movement. The changes are mainly manifested in softening and shedding of articular cartilage, hyperplasia and sclerosis of subchondral bone, and finally disappearance of most of the articular surface and narrowing of the joint space.
