Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) has thrombocytopenic purpura, hemolytic anemia, varying degrees of neurological symptoms, fever and kidney damage. Its typical pathological changes are caused by extensive thrombosis blocking small blood vessels. It is also called Moschcowitz syndrome, Baehr-Schiffrin syndrome, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura syndrome, platelet vascular thrombosis (Thrombocytic angiothrombosis), thrombotic hemolytic purpura, etc.
