Granular myoblastoma of the vulva
Vulvar granular myoma is a slow-growing benign tumor that is a small mass with a tough texture and a diameter of less than 1 cm. It occasionally has multiple nodules and the surface skin is sometimes hypopigmented. It is more common on the labia and occasionally on the clitoris. It can also invade the tongue, skin and other parts including the upper respiratory tract, digestive tract and skeletal muscle. It may originate from nerve tissue and is relatively rare.
