Vaginal granulocytic sarcoma
Vaginal granulocytic sarcoma can be seen in relapsed acute myeloid leukemia and can occur simultaneously with breast granulocytic sarcoma. There are also reports of acute myeloid leukemia being found in bone marrow biopsy after diagnosis of vaginal granulocytic sarcoma. At the time of diagnosis, peripheral blood and bone marrow biopsy were normal, and some developed into acute myeloid leukemia after 1 week and 7 months respectively. Extramedullary granulocytic sarcoma (granulocytic sarcoma) is also called green tumor. It can be seen clinically in acute myeloid leukemia or chronic myeloproliferative disease, or in the absence of any blood system disease at the time of diagnosis.
