Kaposi sarcoma
Kaposi's sarcoma, also known as multiple idiopathic hemorrhagic sarcoma, is the most common malignant tumor in AIDS patients. It is a multicentric vascular tumor. It is rare clinically, and is more common in men over 50 years old. It is also common in AIDS patients. In the early clinical stage, the main manifestation is colored papules or plaques on the limbs, which gradually develop into large plaques or nodules, which may be accompanied by obvious local edema and visceral damage. It is sensitive to radiotherapy and can be combined with surgery and chemotherapy.
