VIPoma
VIPoma is a benign or malignant tumor of pancreatic D1 cells. Because D1 cells secrete a large amount of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), it causes severe watery diarrhea, hypokalemia, achlorhydria or hypochlorhydria, so it is also called WDHA or WDHH syndrome.
