Conjunctivitis
Conjunctivitis is a common disease in ophthalmology, but its incidence rate has not yet been determined. Since most of the conjunctiva is in direct contact with the outside world, it is easily stimulated by infectious (such as bacteria, viruses, and chlamydia) and non-infectious factors (trauma, chemicals, and physical factors) in the surrounding environment. In addition, the conjunctiva is rich in blood vessels and lymphatic tissues, and it is easy to be sensitized by its own and external antigens. It is commonly known as pink eye.
