This disease is a localized subcutaneous fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia disease in the lower part of the leg caused by varicose veins of the lower limbs and blood circulation stasis. It is a rare type in the spectrum of stasis eczema and stasis ulcer caused by varicose veins of the lower limbs.
