Sodium Glucuronate Injection
Main ingredients: The main ingredient of this product is sodium glucuronate.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
D-Glucuronic acid sodium salt

After entering the body, this product is converted into glucuronic acid under the action of enzymes and works to reduce the activity of liver amylase, prevent glycogenolysis, increase liver glycogen content, and reduce fat storage. This product can combine with hydroxyl or carboxyl-containing poisons in the liver and intestines to become low-toxic or non-toxic glucuronic acid conjugates and be excreted in the urine.

Prazosin Hydrochloride Tablets
The main ingredient of this product and its chemical name are: 1-(4-amino-6,7-dimethoxy-2-quinazolinyl)-4-(2-furoyl)piperazine hydrochloride.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Prazosin hydrochloride

1. It is a selective postsynaptic a1 receptor blocker that can relax vascular smooth muscle, dilate peripheral blood vessels, reduce peripheral vascular resistance, and lower blood pressure; 2. It dilates arteries and veins, reduces cardiac preload and afterload, reduces left ventricular end-diastolic pressure, improves cardiac function, and has a rapid onset of action in the treatment of heart failure, reaching a peak in 1 hour and lasting for 6 hours; 3. It has little effect on renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate, and can reduce urination difficulties in patients with prostatic hyperplasia by blocking a1 receptors in the bladder neck, prostate capsule and glands, and urethra; 4. It does not affect a2 receptors, rarely causes reflex tachycardia when lowering blood pressure, has little effect on cardiac output, and does not increase renin secretion. Long-term use has no effect on lipid metabolism.

Nicotinic Acid Injection
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Nicotinic acid

This product is a vitamin drug. During tissue respiration, niacin acts as a coenzyme in a variety of enzymes that catalyze important redox reactions. It can be reduced as a receptor for oxygen ions removed from the matrix, and then reoxidized by flavin protein to restore to its original state. Niacin has the effects of dilating blood vessels, lowering blood lipids, reducing cholesterol synthesis, dissolving fibrin, and preventing thrombosis.

Pemetrexed Disodium for Injection
The main ingredient of this product is pemetrexed disodium. Molecular formula: C20H19N5Na2O6bull;7H2O Molecular weight: 597.49.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Pemetrexed Disodium

Pemetrexed is an antifolate preparation with a core pyrrolopyrimidine group in its structure. It inhibits cell replication and thus tumor growth by destroying the normal metabolic process dependent on folic acid in cells. In vitro studies have shown that pemetrexed can inhibit the activity of thymidylate synthase, dihydrofolate reductase and glycinamide nucleotide formyltransferase, which are enzymes necessary for the synthesis of folic acid and participate in the bioresynthesis of thymine nucleotides and purine nucleotides. The half-life of polyglutamic acid metabolites in tumor cells is prolonged, thereby prolonging the duration of drug action in tumor cells. Preclinical studies have shown that pemetrexed can inhibit the growth of mesothelioma cell lines (MSTO-211H, NCI-H2052) in vitro. Studies on the mesothelioma cell line MSTO-211H have shown that pemetrexed has a synergistic effect in combination with cisplatin.
