Penicillin dibenzylethylenediamine salt

It has good antibacterial effect on hemolytic streptococci and other streptococci, Streptococcus pneumoniae and non-penicillinase-producing Staphylococci. It has moderate antibacterial effect on enterococci. Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Neisseria meningitidis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Bacillus anthracis, Actinomyces bovis, Streptobacillus moniliformis, Listeria monocytogenes, Leptospira and Treponema pallidum are sensitive to this product. It also has certain antibacterial activity against Haemophilus influenzae and Bordetella pertussis. It has good antibacterial effect on anaerobic bacteria such as Clostridium, Streptococcus and melanin-producing Bacteroides, but poor antibacterial effect on Bacteroides fragilis. It exerts bactericidal effect by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.

Rapamycin

It binds to FK binding protein-12 (FKBP-12) to form an immunosuppressive complex, inhibiting mTOR activity, thereby blocking cytokine-driven T cell proliferation (development from G1 phase to S phase). It can prolong the survival of allogeneic transplants in various animal models and inhibit immune-mediated reactions associated with autoimmune diseases. It is non-genotoxic, but may increase the incidence of malignant lymphoma and testicular adenoma at high doses. It is toxic to embryos but not teratogenic.

It binds to the 50s ribosome subunit of the sensitive vitamin, thereby interfering with its protein synthesis (but not affecting nucleic acid synthesis). It is effective against the following pathogens: Gram-positive aerobic microorganisms, Gram-negative aerobic microorganisms, other microorganisms, avian intracellular mycobacterium complex, etc. The beta-lactamase produced by bacteria does not affect the activity of azithromycin.
