| Clindamycin phosphate |
This product is a chemical semi-synthetic clindamycin derivative with no antibacterial activity in vitro. It is hydrolyzed into clindamycin to exert its pharmacological activity after entering the body. Its antibacterial spectrum, antibacterial activity and therapeutic effect are the same as those of clindamycin, but its fat solubility and permeability are better than those of clindamycin. It can be injected intramuscularly and administered intravenously. Its antibacterial effect is 4 to 8 times stronger than that of lincomycin, with good absorption and high bone concentration, and good efficacy against anaerobic infections. It has strong antibacterial activity mainly against Gram-positive cocci (such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus, etc.) and anaerobic bacteria (such as Clostridium, Bacteroides, etc.).

It has certain anti-inflammatory, liver cell membrane protection and liver function improvement effects. It can reduce the increase of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) caused by carbon tetrachloride, thioacetamide and D-aminogalactic acid, reduce the damage of D-aminogalactic acid to the liver and improve the chronic damage of immune factors to the liver.

This product is a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. Its mechanism of action may be to antagonize the 5-HT3 receptors in the peripheral vagus nerve endings and central chemoreceptor areas, thereby blocking the vomiting reflex caused by factors such as chemotherapy and surgery that promote the release of 5-HT from intestinal chromaffin cells and excite the vagus afferent nerves. This product has high selectivity and no side effects such as extrapyramidal reactions and excessive sedation.
