| Lysozyme |
This product is a kind of mucopolysaccharide hydrolase widely distributed in organisms. It can liquefy the insoluble polysaccharides in the cell walls of Gram-positive bacteria and hydrolyze them into soluble mucopeptides. It is a natural anti-infective substance with bactericidal effects. It has antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory effects, can enhance the efficacy of antibiotics and accelerate tissue recovery.

| Oxytetracycline hydrochloride |
Tetracycline antibiotics. This product is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent. Many rickettsia, mycoplasma, chlamydia, spirochetes, amoeba and some malarial parasites are also sensitive to this product. Enterococcus is resistant to it. Others such as Actinomycetes, Bacillus anthracis, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridium, Nocardia, Vibrio, Brucella, Campylobacter, Yersinia, etc. are sensitive to this product. This product has certain antibacterial activity against gonococci and meningococci, but penicillin-resistant gonococci are also resistant to oxytetracycline. Due to the widespread use of tetracyclines over the years, common clinical pathogens are seriously resistant to oxytetracycline, including Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus and most Gram-negative bacteria. There is cross-resistance between different varieties of tetracycline antibiotics. The mechanism of action of this product is that the drug can specifically bind to the A position of the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, preventing the connection of aminoacyl-tRNA at this position, thereby inhibiting the growth of the peptide chain and affecting the synthesis of bacterial proteins.

1. In animal experiments: it can prevent gastric relaxation, accelerate gastric motility, coordinate the movement of the antrum-duodenum, small intestine and large intestine; strengthen the digestive activity of the antrum-duodenum, promote gastric emptying, increase the motility of the small intestine and large intestine and shorten the intestinal movement time, without affecting gastric secretion; the mechanism of action is mainly to promote the physiological release of acetylcholine in the intestinal myenteric plexus; it does not stimulate muscarinic and nicotinic receptors, nor does it inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase; it has no dopamine receptor blocking effect at therapeutic doses; it is mainly distributed in the stomach and intestinal tissues. 2. In humans: Enhance esophageal motility and lower esophageal sphincter tension, prevent gastric contents from reflux into the esophagus, and improve esophageal clearance; increase gastric and duodenal contractility and antral-duodenal coordination, reduce duodenal-gastric reflux, and improve gastric and duodenal emptying; strengthen intestinal motility and promote small and large intestine transit; do not increase basal and pentagastrin-induced gastric acid secretion; have almost no effect on plasma prolactin levels; do not affect psychomotor function, blood pressure, respiratory rate, body temperature, body weight and anticoagulation function; the pharmacological effect begins 30 to 60 minutes after oral administration.
