Vecuronium
Indication
It is mainly used as an auxiliary drug for general anesthesia, for tracheal intubation during general anesthesia and muscle relaxation during surgery.
Precautions
1. Patients with poliomyelitis, myasthenia gravis or myasthenia syndrome are all sensitive to neuromuscular blocking drugs, so this product should be used with caution; 2. Use with caution in patients with sepsis and renal failure; 3. Patients with a history of allergy to vecuronium bromide or bromide ions are contraindicated.
