1 This product is a bone metabolism regulator, an aminobisphosphonate, which has a strong affinity with hydroxyapatite in the bone. 2 It can enter the hydroxyapatite crystals in the bone matrix. When osteoclasts dissolve the crystals, the drug is released, which can inhibit the activity of osteoclasts and indirectly inhibit bone resorption through osteoblasts. 3 It is characterized by strong anti-bone resorption activity and no bone mineralization inhibition.
