Appearance
This product is white to off-white tablets.
Indication
Used to relieve pain caused by gastrointestinal spasms.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults, 1 to 2 tablets (5-10 mg) at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Common symptoms include dry mouth, flushed face, and blurred vision. Larger doses may cause increased heart rate and difficulty urinating. Excessive doses may cause central nervous system excitement symptoms such as convulsions and even coma.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with hemorrhagic diseases, acute cerebral hemorrhage, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, and urinary retention.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Use with caution in infants and young children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women should use under the guidance of a physician. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution in the elderly and weak; elderly men often suffer from prostate hypertrophy, which can easily cause prostate congestion and lead to urinary retention after taking the drug.
Drug Interactions
1. This product may increase adverse reactions when used in combination with amantadine (the active ingredient of some compound anti-cold medicines), phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants, primidone, procainamide and other anticholinergics. 2. It may increase adverse reactions when used in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as furazolidone and methyl procarbazine). 3. This product can prolong gastric emptying time, so it can increase the absorption rate of many drugs and produce adverse reactions. 4.
