Function and Efficacy
1 Pharmacology: (1) Inhibits plasminogen activator, preventing plasminogen from activating into plasmin, thereby inhibiting the dissolution of fibrin and producing a hemostatic effect. (2) Promotes the release of active substances from platelets, enhances platelet aggregation and adhesion, shortens coagulation time, and produces a hemostatic effect. (3) Enhances capillary resistance, reduces capillary permeability, and thus reduces bleeding. 2 Toxicology: The LD50 of this product for intravenous injection in mice is 683.3 mg/kg, indicating that this product is safe and has low toxicity.
Indication
It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of bleeding due to various reasons, and has good curative effects on surgical bleeding, surgical bleeding, respiratory bleeding, bleeding from the five sense organs, gynecological bleeding, hemorrhoidal bleeding, urinary tract bleeding, cancer bleeding, digestive tract bleeding, and cerebral hemorrhage.
Usage and Dosage
1. Intramuscular injection. 200 mg each time, 1-2 times a day; 2. Intravenous injection. 400 mg each time, 1-2 times a day, diluted with 20 ml of 5% glucose solution; 3. Intravenous drip. The usual dose is 600 mg each time (or follow the doctor's advice), the maximum daily limit is 1200 mg, diluted with 250-500 ml of 5% glucose solution. In case of emergency, a large dose of intravenous injection and intravenous drip can be used at the same time for the first time.
Adverse Reactions
Possible adverse reactions include dizziness, slow heart rate, fatigue, skin numbness, fever, dry mouth, vomiting, nausea, etc. Most of them can disappear on their own or after stopping the drug.
