This product is composed of amoxicillin trihydrate and potassium clavulanate. Amoxicillin is a bactericidal broad-spectrum antibiotic, and potassium clavulanate is an irreversible broad-spectrum β-lactamase inhibitor, which can effectively inhibit the β-lactamase produced by resistant bacteria. Clinically, many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria produce β-lactamase, so that β-lactamase-producing bacteria that are already resistant to amoxicillin are still sensitive to amoxicillin. This product is a bactericidal antibiotic that can kill a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in clinical practice; especially for resistant bacteria that produce β-lactamase, this product has a special therapeutic effect. These bacteria include: Gram-positive bacteria: aerobic bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis, Glucococcus epidermidis, Listeria monocytogenes, Streptococcus pyogenes, Corynebacterium, Streptococcus viridans, Pneumococcus. Anaerobic bacteria: Clostridium, Peptostreptococcus, Peptococcus. Gram-negative bacteria: Aerobic bacteria: Escherichia coli, Brucella, Proteus mirabilis, Haemophilus influenzae, Proteus vulgaris, Neisseria meningitidis, Klebsiella, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Salmonella, Haemophilus ducreyi, Shigella, Branhamella, Pertussis, Pasteurella multocida. Anaerobic bacteria: Bacteroides including Bacteroides fragilis.

This product is a compound preparation, its components are amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium (the ratio of the two is 4:1), each tablet contains 125 mg of amoxicillin and 31.25 mg of clavulanate potassium.

The content of this product is off-white to slightly yellow powder or granular powder.

This product is suitable for various infections caused by sensitive bacteria, such as: 1. Tonsillitis, pharyngitis, otitis media, etc. 2. Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, lung abscess and bronchiectasis combined with infection, etc. 3. Urethritis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, gonococcal urinary tract infection and chancroid, etc. 4. Abscess, cellulitis, wound infection, etc. 5. Sepsis, peritonitis and postoperative infection, etc.

Oral. Adults and children over 12 years old, 2 capsules each time, three times a day. In case of severe infection, the dose can be doubled or as directed by the doctor. Without reexamination, the continuous treatment period shall not exceed 14 days.

1. A small number of patients may experience mild intestinal side effects such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. If these side effects occur, they can be restored to normal by taking the medicine at the beginning of a meal. 2. Urticaria and morbilliform rash are occasionally seen. If urticaria and severe morbilliform rash occur, the use of this product should be stopped. 3. Temporary liver function abnormalities may be seen in a very small number of patients.

Contraindicated in patients who are allergic to cephalosporins or have a history of anaphylactic shock or immediate reaction to penicillin
