If the drug may benefit the patient, this treatment option should be considered. This product can only be used when the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. Precautions for the elderly: The elderly are often accompanied by physiological renal impairment, so the dosage should be adjusted according to renal function. Or follow the doctor's advice.

Drug Interactions

1. Effects of other drugs on this product: Antacids can reduce the bioavailability of rifampicin, isoniazid, and ethambutol. To avoid this, this product should be taken 1 hour after taking antacids. Corticosteroids can reduce the blood concentration of isoniazid by promoting its metabolism and/or increasing renal clearance. 2. Effects of this product on other drugs: Rifampicin has a strong induction effect on the cytochrome P450 system (CYP450). The cytochrome P450 system is mainly composed of two subfamilies, CYP3A and CYP2C, which account for 80% of the cytochrome P450 system isoenzymes.
