Safflower injection
Function and Efficacy
Pharmacological experiments have shown that safflower injection can increase coronary blood flow and myocardial nutritional blood flow, directly or partially block alpha-adrenaline receptors to dilate blood vessels, and reduce total cholesterol, total esters, glyceryl trinitrate and esterified fatty acids in serum, as well as anti-thrombotic and platelet aggregation inhibitory effects; it can also protect brain tissue and have analgesic, sedative, anticonvulsant, anti-inflammatory, uterine and smooth muscle stimulating effects; it can also improve the cellular hypoxic state and the body's internal environment, increase the blood flow to organs such as the heart, brain, and liver, and improve microcirculation.

Usage and Dosage
1. Intravenous drip for the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular disease. 15 ml at a time, diluted with 250-500 ml of 10% glucose injection, once a day. 15-20 times for a course of treatment. 2. Intravenous drip for the treatment of coronary heart disease. 5-20 ml at a time, diluted with 250-500 ml of 5-10% glucose injection, once a day. 10-14 times for a course of treatment, with an interval of 7-10 days. 3. Intramuscular injection for the treatment of vasculitis. 2.5-5 ml at a time, 1-2 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Systemic damage: allergic reaction, anaphylactic shock, chills, fever, pale complexion, etc. 2. Respiratory damage: dyspnea, cough, wheezing, laryngeal edema, etc. 3.
